Hadi Teherani was born in Tehran (Iran) in 1954. He studied architecture at the University of Braunschweig. The architect of Iranian origin, who lives in Germany, has become one of the most popular builders of commercial buildings within a few years.
After working in a well-known office in Cologne and teaching at the Technical University of Aachen, Teherani founded the architectural office BRT – Bothe Richter Teherani and the design company Hadi Teherani AG in Hamburg in 1991 with Jens Bothe and Kai Richter. Glass and steel often played a central role in his designs. In doing so, he created an elegant design language that gave the elements lightness and enormous optical stability at the same time.
